If a weapon has a % bonus to backstab and that weapon is the offhand damage, does that bonus benefit the main hand weapon's backstabs?

It adds to overall backstab %. Look at what happens when you weild a weapon with +2 damage in left hand, it also adds +2 damage to right hand. Does the same for crit%.
