BioWare...  Sorry BioWare and EA.  I'm just going to be a good sheep and wait for you to fix Awakening.  Better luck next time.

Blame Electronic Arts for the shoddy quality of the games. They're the ones that force companies like Maxis and BioWare to release unfinished games in such a short period of time.

And if I don't receive (doctor evil pinky) one million dollars (/doctor evil pinky) in unmarked bills by 7:45 PM tomorrow, I will murder these puppies:

Seriously, your ultimatum is childish. Be patient or just return your game and get something else.

A bit self-righteous, aren't you? I'd like to see you design a game in such a short span of time and make it have absolutely no bugs.

Ha!  That is really funny.  So would I...so would I.  You know, a lot of people who paid $40 thought they could do it.

Agreed, the expansion was way overpriced. Even for the excessive amount of time I spent on it, it couldn't have been worth more than, say, the $20 you can now get it for. But that's EA, not Bioware.

ElectroBioArtsWare doesn't give a **** now. They have our money..why bother fixing the game-breaking bugs....quest bugs...disappearing items.....continuous crashes if a character on screen farts....

they're too busy with the bull**** bazaar crap and sipping jack n cokes

Stop seperating "Electronic Arts" and "Bioware". Bioware is just a brand name under Electronic Arts, nothing more.

And they don't care. It's that simple. Not about 5 months old bugs, not about 1.03, and not about Awakening.

Hey, that's a great idea. I know what I'm going to treat myself to today.

I know it is depressing as hello but I actually tried calling into EA corporate and BioWare corporate but got no where and learned nothing new except the BioWare receptionist strongly recommended I email my complaints to contact@bioware.com.  I haven't done that yet but wonder if anyone reading this has concerning Awakening and if you get any response back?  I'm pessimistically thinking you have tried the email contact and get nothing back--else you would post what their reply is?

I'm very patient, but when I pay for something I expect a good product, at least an official response that solved in a next time, but even someone here has appeared telling us solve the problem, this is frustrating.

I'm buying Awakening soon, but I'm not installing it on my computer until I see a polite movement from ElectronicArts taking care of the sh*t in the game. Also, may I ask EA, WHY THE F*CK DO YOU HAVE TO MESS GAMES UP SO MUCH? Do your own stuff and let Bioware make a step on. Of course we seperate Electronic Arts from Bioware, EA sucks c*ck while Bioware doesn't, quite obviously, until EA gets in the game and mess every company's possible awesome game up.

I know this post will be disregarded by every single official that visits this page, but I don't care since I only speak the plain truth. Do not try maintaining things in this thread that unreasonably support EA.

I think thats the complaint....that EA rushed them resulting in a buggy xpac.

Uh.. yes. EA does that. But they do it by buying companies, make them their own, and exploit the brand. Bioware isn't the Bioware you refer to, anymore. Bioware is a label owned by Electronic Arts. They're not two seperate entities anymore.

Seriously...with all the uproar over the changes between DAO and DAA, and the short play time for a full games price, I didn't pre-order DAA until a week before release. With the lack of fixs for all the bugs that DAA came with, DA2 is definatly going on the 'Do Not Buy' list. I can get this kind of crappy support from a 20$ game if I thought this kind of head ache was fun.
