We speak portuguese but being surrounded by spanish/castellano speaking countries, we're forced to learn a bit. So it was born the "portunhol", which best expression was heard by Real Madrid's fans when a Brazilian football coach worked there and was stupid enough to open his mouth:

"Dame una Cueca-Cuela que lá pressión está fueda!"

Mientras nosotros que hablamos un poquito tenemos que suportar toda la broma de nuestros vecinos Argentinos.

If we get purist, I think that the only one who uses castellano in these boards is me because I am from Castilla.

And Argentinians... If you want to laugh like mad, look for Yayo y el Cuarteto Obrero in youtube... :)

Yes. I know someone from Brasil, from however family from my zone. He was a temporary teacher of chemistry back at high school. A quite awesome man, is some 27 years old and a mix between Willson from House MD and Mr. Bean...

Heh Bruno. Tell him we're the only coutry that ended slavery without a single drop of blood? There was never a civil war in our country.

And yes, there's a revolution going on right now, just like the one we did back in 58 in Sweden when we beat them 5x2 in the final. Santos, Pele's team of old glorious days, has a new generation that is making all opponents very angry, with their 10x0, 9x1, 7x2 scores. So, maybe not in South Africa 2010, since those kids are too young for the national squad (*sighs* Pele was only 16 in Sweden 58), but surely by 2014 they will all be revolutionizing the world of football.

And I don't even like that team. I'm Corinthians! Ronaldo!!!  hahah (search for it on YT to understand why Bruno replied "Brilha muito no Corinthians" some posts ago.

From germany! Fun story, it was made in 1908 in germany for brazil, brazil sent them back (in the 70's) as surplus because they don't need them anymore. Un-issued condition, like new with the brazil crest on it. Bore is excellent. Its by far my favorite shooter.
Fit, finish and especially steel quality is superb, better than most commercial state of the art rifles. And the wood is just beautiful.

Yes its indeed a collectors piece, its 102 years old after all - but once or twice a year I give it a blast at the range. IMO a gun wants to be used (used, not abused), if its just for looks I could also buy deactivated decoration models letting them collect dust in some dark corner.
The gun wants shoot stuff, and its very accurate too. Heck, I know a few people shooting original muzzleloaders from the civil war!
Oh and by the way, a girl thinking one of my rifles is beautiful? Thats....pretty cool! Thanks!

The rifle itself is quiet a behemoth, powerful cartridge, heavy, and as long as my broom!

You all have to see this film:

www.youtube.com/watch

Tropa de Elite is one of the best depictions of how the BOPE works. No frills, no mercy; just crude reality of the favelas and what drugs generate.

Plus it has some of the best gunfights I have ever seen on a screen.

And for Lilith:
You talk about shooting... Have you seen these monsters in action?

Over here there are some and sometimes the practice in Atterbury. and It´s awesome!!!
