 I was never able to purchase any more backpacks during my awakenings run through. To be frank this was not much of a problem, but I did want access to upgrade 3 equipment.  Any clues as to how I can ensure my vendors upgrade during my second run through?

If you start as an Orlesian warden, you can purchase backpacks at Vigil's Keep. If you already have the max capacity with your imported warden, you probably won't have access to the backpacks.

yea 120 is max once you have that no more backpacks =)
