Hey all,

After no response at all to my last post regarding this bug in the game, tech support said basically 'nothing we can do - post in the forums and hope the designers see and make a note of it' which is a little pathetic, if I'm honest.

Going for 100% achievements, but these 2 remain locked, despite my killing the required no. of darkspawn on 2 separate playthroughs.  I know that it is based on each playthrough, but because it hasn't unocked now, is there a chance it will never unlock, given my stats have been upladed to here...?  Would it be impossible for Bioware to release a patch, to alleviate this problem which seems to be affecting many people going by posts throughout various message boards, to just assess the current total  of beasties killed in a game being played and award the achievements/gamerscore based off of that?

My game crashed the very first time I think I passed the 500 mark, which has really got me concerned that it is an EA Server issue thing - especially if it goes off the stats off there, which so far as I can tell, cannot be removed.  Is it possible to get an official word on this glitch, or even a reset of my statistics so I can try to claim them that way?

It is such a shame that a great game is really annoying me this way, especially as the completionist in me is starting to really resent the ongoing lack of address to this obvious issue.

Best,

Come to think of it, my game did freeze in battle a couple of times. I hadn't noticed until later that I should have an achievement that I don't have (Master Warden - 500 Darkspawn killed).

Days of 'tech support' reveal nothing but standardised 'delete memory cache' style responses (despite me outlining several times I have already tried it) and NOTHING useful, such as the requested details to contact Bioware directly, or even for them to access my profile and tell me how many kills the system thinks I have - so as not to waste another 4 hours pointlessly.

EA support is shocking, and destroying any goodwill theymay have built up with me - they're still just as bad as they have ever been. It was a dark day indeed when the good doctors let Bioware become acquired by them...
