I understand that the profile does not update until an hour from now but my profile images and storylines are not working. Could you please help out when you get the chance?

I download the new patch and it wouldnt start my game so i uninstalled it and now my registerton code doesnt work. Anyone can help me out with this??? i have the PC verison

Why are they no Story Updates for Awakening, and IF played Awakening, the DAO Story of a character is deleted?
I at least want the Origins Story back.
