After you make your picture, save it on your PC, and then upload it to somewhere else. there are very good free image hosting sites like PhotoBucket or Imageshack.

You need to get an online hosting site like photobucket to host them. The account is free for the basic stuff like this. Take the pic from the motivational site and save it, then upload it to whichever host site you prefer. Then, just copy from there and paste to here.
