Well, here is my first creation using MS Paint, not sure if its 100% correct like the others, thanks to those who told me what to do.

Go to the vary first post in this thread. There is a motivator generator that you can use but you can't directly link a photo from there so you need to post the pic from there onto another website like photobucket before we can see your pic. That's what I do and it works great.
