Sorry. You need to upload your pics to a photo sharing site like http://photobucket.com/
The site will load your pic into a album and you can get the code for posting your pic on a forum from there..

Uploading your motivational to your bioware photo album, then copying/pasting the motivational into your post will also work fine. Plus, you don't have to rely on photobucket.

This thread has lost its luster... can we stop with the "Better Squadmate" and "Lost Your Team" motivationals? They've been done to death by now. Put them here if you absolutely have to make more.

@Jzadek72 the bighugelabs website doesn't hold the motivationals on its server for very long, you have to upload them on a image hosting website like imageshack, photobucket, or tinypic to make them permanent.
