After Shepard's death, Ash is remains loyal to what the alliance stands for, and what Shepard used to stand for. So imagine her suprise when she finds him with Cerberus a enemy of the alliance and the council. A organization that i may add used her and an entire human colony as bait for the collectors(a third of those colonists die as a result). So yes, She calls you a traitor, she is emotionally disturbed by you being back as well as frustrated by all of the people she failed to protect on Horizon, and since she was sent their to investigate Cerberus. They are the prime suspect. Which makes you a traitor.

One other thing, remember this quote from Horizon "I thought you were dead. I almost.......How could you put me through that?" Well it sounds to me like Ash attempted suicide after your death.
