Ive been playing both genders, through both games a crapload of late, and this is my take on it.
Renagade: FShep sounds better than MShep 80% of the time.
Paragon: MShep sounds better than FShep 80% ofthe time.
Some of the Renagade lines sounds far better with FSheps husky semi-whisper, than MShep's "I'm a pro-wrestler with a big microphone and small penis having an angry rant" shout. That said, a lot of the Paragon lines sound forced in FSheps said husky whisper, but sound more natural coming from MShep. Thats just my opinion though.
Opinions are like @rseholes. Everyone has one, and all of 'em stink.

I agree with you. Luckily, I've only played Manshep as a paragon, and femshep as Renegade. Don't know why, just falls better in character I guess

my only Issue with Maleshep vs FemShep is that they run the exact same way. that's annoying.

Yep, and it was one of the weirdest movies I've ever seen.  If you want a movie that makes you wonder if you (or the writer) are on LSD, then watch that movie.
