People on this forum only have one thing in common: they have played MASS EFFECT. 

When people start making "Lost Your Team" motivationals with obscure references to their favorite non-Bioware video games, tv shows, anime, music, b-list movies, etc., only a small percentage of the forum populace is going to get your inside "joke".  The result is a cluttered and cryptic mess of a thread without much humor or focus.

So, please post the "Lost Your Team" images in their own designated thread.

I agree with this, with one exception. The "Lost Your Team" motivationals can go here if the motivational picture is Mass Effect themed. For Example:

Everytime I try to post a motivational poster it just shows a red X instead of the picture.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

1st make a motivational on the bighugelabs thing. then download the image to your pc(right clik, save image as..)
2nd upload the image to imageshack, then once it's uploaded right clik and 'view image' (make shure that that takes you to an empty webpage where everything is white but your image)
3rd right click and 'copy image location'
4th on your post write (IMG)pastedimagelocation(/IMG) replace the ( ) with [ ] and you're set

the reason you should upload the pic to imageshack is cause the ones on bighugelabs don't last long at all, ive missed out on about half the motivationals on this thread because they were just empty bighugelabs links.
