Check out Kotaku.com.  Right now, the site is rampant with speculations and rumors about Bioware's "Next Big Game" to be revealed on December 11.  Bioware also released the above screenshot, two clues that translated to the atomic mass of iron and the coldest temperature ever recorded on earth, and a very short teaser that ended with the phrase "look closer."

Fans have poured over the information obsessively.  Several comparisons have shown that the rifle that guy is holding looks a lot like the M-29 Incisor (a DLC gun).  A lot of people have jokingly said that the guy looks like Vinnie Jones.  As for the "Russian scientists," the coldest temperature on earth was recorded in Vostok by a Russian research team.  Vostok was also the name of the project that put the first man in space.

Right now, popular opinion is that this mysterious game is a Mass Effect multiplayer spinoff designed to appeal to the CoD crowd.
