Not mass effect related and frankly confusing. I've tasted haggis and it is delicious. Even mighty fine ass still tastes like ass.

And I thought it was find a good pub to hole up in, have a nice cold pint and wait for it to all blow over?

Guess I hang with different types when I'm overseas.

I think its a play on the quote by one of the engineers about Haggis tasting like Mighty Fine Ass so its still Mass Effect related. I agree that Haggis is delicious though:lol:

Tea or Beer both work equally, the only difference is that for us Brits if we only have access to Beer then we need very large amounts. (That and its damn near impossible to get a good cuppa outside of the UK). :P

A typical english reaction?

*Two blokes have a quiet pint outside*

Bob: Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

Mark: Yeah, Fing about Arsenal is, they always try to walk it in.

*Reapers suddenly descend from the sky in dramatic fashion*

Bob: *tuts* looks like it's going to come down

Mark: I don't think that's rain Bob...it looks like.... an army of giant machine overlords

Bob: They didn't say that on the weather forecast this morning, clear skies they said, they never get it right do they

Mark:  *watches people fleeing for their lives* Traffic’s going to be murder

Bob: Want me to get another round in?

Mark: Cheers mate

"Well it worked. People stopped fighting and pretty soon they stopped... Everything else. They stopped working, talking, eating, breathing. There's 6 billion people in this species and they just let themselves die."

Loud, vicious roar is heard

"I have to be brief. About a tenth of a percent of the population had the opposite reaction to the pacs. Their aggressor responses grew beyond madness. They've killed most of us. And not just killed... They've done things."

I posted this in AshiraShepard's thread but decided to put it here too. This is mainly for Canadians who are either over the age of 35 or related to someone over the age of 35.

I'm not Canadian or over 35, and I find Red Green awesome. I met him in person at a book signing and he signed my duct tape wallet.

In truth neither am I. Hell, I'm about as far from Canada as you can get and still be in the US barring the tip of Texas or Florida but my dad is and he's over 35 so that's where the comment came from.

EDIT: Made my point more clear

It was at first. I'll be blunt, Churchill was failure at everything he had tried. But right when Britain needed inspiration, he and King George were there. In oratory class at university, our professor made this point. No one bothers listening or quoting to Hitler and Stalin's speeches anymore, because they are boring. Churchill made a simple point, that the only way forward would be blocked by hardship, but the British kept going regardless. That speech is still quoted today

Hitler's plans to invade Britain were foiled time and again by the heroic efforts of the Royal Air Force, the Free Polish Air Force, plus volunteer forces from Australia, New Zealand, India, Palestine and other parts of the British Empire. Which is why when the Reaper's get here..........hold on, just had an awesome idea.
