what, you think people wont recognize the ds9 quote from when they faked a data rod to bring the romulans to join the federation against the dominion, then killed the roms so teh flaws in the rod would look like a side effect of the3 explosion?

Never seen Pulp Fiction. '
And seeing as I haven't liked any of the Taritino films that I've seen, I doubt that Pulp Fiction will be any different.

They're probably not bandages, more likely the exterior of the cybernetics.  Something easily washed and but still similar to his actual skin for the purposes of smoothing the transition.
