I'm pretty sure that bestiality only concerns sex with animals or having a sexual interest in animals. An interest in Turian, or another intelligent alien species, would be Xenophilia I think. Calling it beastiality would be a degrading insult towards the alien species in question, since that would imply they're nothing more than animals.

Some have, during otherwise mundane situations, realized that they are attracted to sapient beings of the extraterrestrial variety.  And have, on occasion, had difficulty accepting this attraction.  Those who do, however, bear the labels of "deviant" and "pervert" with grace and honor.

You are an animal I am an animal its science, intelligence or not we are ANIMALS. Aliens would be classified as another type of animal with a different genus and species. You are having sex with an animal of a different species therefore bestiality. The word has negative connotations nevertheless accurate.

Excuse me, the complete definition of 'bestiality' (the one commonly synonymous with 'zoophilia') is defined by Mirriam-Webster's Medical dictionary is: sexual relations between a human being and a lower animal, with 'lower' understood to be 'lack of sapience.'

The word you are looking for is 'xenophilia.'
