To answer your question, I have my final exam in 12 hours, work on Gabby and Ken and all its wacky spinoffs can resume immediately afterwards. It's HELL writing off of such a cliffhanger.

And I haven't heard anything to suggest that something will actually happen between Gabby and Ken in ME3, or that they'll even be there at all, which kind of adds pressure.
