I with ya, its just for me I've somehow managed to surround myself with call of duty fanboys, both as friends (had a choice) and family (didn't have a choice), which can be frustrating at times. So I don't mind the odd "shooter fan" joke. And I would never insinuate that they're dumb, because in my experience they are all smarter than me.

I play CoD. Avidly. And I take great pleasure in the multiplayer and it's simplicity.

I also like bio and nanotechnology, anthropology, psychology. Knowing trivial things, new and strange things... and I don't really shy away from complex RPGs so long as it isn't ridiculously intricate. I've played Neverwinter Nights, Fallout 3, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines and Dungeon Siege 3. All with varying levels of complexity - and I happened to enjoy them all.

So if we could possibly drop the "hurr CoD players are stoopid" shtick, that'd be lovely thanks 

Hey I have nothing against shooters, I play Battlefield pretty often because it requires good squad play. (Unlike CoD) No offense meant to you personally. I just wanted to throw that out there and then run to my bomb shelter for the flame fallout. A joke, and nothing more. ;-)

As I recall, that was Miranda's idea. As a matter of fact, in my first playthrough that (along with my rampant paranoia and dislike of Miranda) convinced me that she was a Collector agent, and Shepard's instant agreement to such a fundamanetally and obviously stupid plan convinced me that she had been drugging him into suggestability for some time now.
