In response to an email I got this morning from BW (meant as a friendly poke of course):
*picture snip*

As a real programmer, the actual coding is too easy, indeed. It's the people issues that are the real nightmare. Users don't know what they want, but they sure as hell know what they don't want.

What? Either you didn't get what I was saying or I don't get what you are saying.
Just to clarify, this was not about the actual hacking minigame in ME2. In fact, I like the minigames and think they were an improvement to ME1 (not a big challenge there but still).
The motivational was a joke about BW getting hacked the other day in RL (well, if an internet hack counts as RL).

An a related note, if you count mining as minigame, then I didn't like them all I guess:

I don't understand all the "Kelly is a s***" jokes...where do these come from?...the fact she was a sexy dancer in colledge? I mean this is pretty funny...Im simply curious...I always see either this or a pciture of her with "Scale Itch" underneath it...I know almost every little detail of this IP and for the life of me can't figure how a sexy dancer equates to this.

It pretty much stems from the fact that after nearly every recruitment mission she hints at being attracted to the squaddie you just recruited (regardless of sex or species). Nothing is every confirmed though, just that she'll do some dances for you regardless of Shep's sex because you saved her life. Its a better reward than the rest of the crew gives. Lookin at you Chakwas...

This (with the exception of the Chakwas bit).

Kelly seems attracted to almost everyone you pick up

Samara - "gorgeous"

Tali - she wonders what quarian skin feels like

Jack - please don't have sex with Jack, Shepard, I want you to have sex with me!

Kasumi - When you talk to her, Kasumi thinks Kelly was coming on to her

Grunt - Kelly tells Shepard "If there's any touching, you'd better be involved"

Garrus - she wants to hold him close and probably whisper unspeakable things

Thane - he's scary and sexy

Kelly's probably got more STDs than a dyslexic spelling of onomatopoeia. Though I never really suspected scale itch - I thought scale itch needed scales.

The scale Itch jokes come from the fact that at one point if you talk to Mordin he's investigating how the disease got aboard, as it's a sexually transmitted disease normally only carried by varren. Suspicion naturally falls on Kelly as she's the resident xenophile.

Hi, my first contribution. Sorry if I completely stuff up the image tags (again), I'm still new to this stuff. Also, apologies in advance if someone has already made something like this.

David is the opposite of Karan. His voice grates on your nerves and he whines like a little ****.

There should be a choice to put him out of his misery. Along with his brother.

You do realise Morinth has one, as does the SB? Sure, Morinth doesnt use hers, but the SB does.
Besides, Ive modded my games so Grunt gets it instead of a shotgun. Claymore is the unique baby on my Sheps.

SB?

Also, at the point you've modded the game, you might as well have Miranda using a Widow and claim its canon.  My comment is applicable to most normal in-game circumstances, which is more than enough for a weapon motivational. =P

SB = Shadow Broker

Edit: Also looks more natural in Grunts hands, as he dwarfs any of the other assault rifles. Looks like he's holding a pop-gun.

Oh I agree it's weird to not see him using it - but the 'meaningful choice' of randomly upgrading one out of three weapons, eh. I'd rather the game just stuck to meaningful choices like 'Tali, Jack, or Miranda' and 'Jacob - pinch hitter tech expert' IMO.

Besides, SB deserves to be punched for showing up to a fight with the same weapon as me! Gods!
