Reapers vary in size from 500M to 2KM.
The ones attacking earth I'd say are 800-1000M long.

Seriously, though, what's the source of your info? The ME3 demo's hidden codex entries say Reaper capital ships are all about 2 km long, and destroyers 160 m long.

There are different configurations of capital ships as shown in the ME2 ending video, but nothing to show a disparity of 500 m to 2 km.

It's kinda difficult to use Deception as a reference when the author turned a gay man straight... Anyway, back to motivationals.

The Reaper size is from one of the books, and no not the god awful Deception.
Now I read somewhere else that the buildings in the city you start at are 1km long.
Now look how the reapers compare to the buildings.
That is how I figured it out.
