Hm! I just realized, ME3 comes out on the 6th in the US, but on the 9th in Europe (where I am).

Eeeh, which date should I create the ME3 Motivational Thread on?

Well, as an objective reader, I'd say waiting till the 9th would be most prudent. It would allow for everyone to have the game instead of only the US with the 6th. Also, I figure there won't be much traffic in the Motivational thread even if you created it on the 6th since everyone will be busy playing ME3.

Apparently it ran out of stock or something due to the masses of poor Brits having the exact same idea

- Game UK signed a deal with EA to exclusively supply the Collectors Edition for all formats in the UK.

- Hence it could not be preordered anywhere else.

- 3 days ago EA announces that due to Game's inability to keep to their credit agreement, they will not be supply Game (essentially Game UK are in financial trouble)

-Consequently Game cancels all their preorders of both the Standard Edition and the Collectors Edition

-This is particularly galling for people who preordered the Collectors Edition, as they were effectively forced to preorder with Game, and many had done so months in advance.

-Game's stock was then reallocated to other vendors on a first come first served basis

-Many who had preordered the Collectors Edition months in advance fail to reorder in time from other vensors, as the limited number of copies are snapped up

-The N7 Warfare pack that people who had preordered from Game thought would get was allocated to retaillers only after all their copies were sold out, so it became a further lottery

-Its been a grand f*** up, and lots of people are p*ssed

Well then maybe i should consider myself lucky that Australia didnt handle the preorder well at all, forcing me to get it from amazon.com. I think I will be happy when it comes trouble free...
