It does sound like something Sovereign would say, but I can't remember if he actually said that.

If it is a quote, then it should probably have quotation marks. 

But yes, like everyone else, that is an awesome motivational.  In my opinion it might actually be a good advertisement for ME3.

EDIT: Oh but woops - wouldn't it be like 13 reasons? Don't want to disclude shepard.  Unless you're discluding Jacob, which is ok.

It wasn't mine. I think Harbinger says it during the final mission, or something close to that.

Someone had said before to look it up on urbandictionary before searching it. I'm glad they did as even the definition made me throw up in my mouth...

That line actually gained Jacob a lot of points.  I appreciate anyone who can make me laugh, especially if it's unintentional, and I doubt Bioware's writers or Jacob's VA ever intended for that line to result in the player rolling on the floor cackling like a hyena.
