No, you only get the program that lets you regain control of the Citadel long enough to open the ward arms and let the Alliance fleet in to deal with Sovereign.

That's what happens, but he says something like "Here's a data file with the information" after Liara (or whoever) said that we should find out all that he knows.

Me too.  Came to a sudden stop and then though "Nah.  Bioware isn't that much a pack of bastards" then had to stop again and actually think about it.  Kept an eye on them until I was out of the room.
