You can interpret it how you like, though... Miranda isn't that hot a biotic in comparison to Jack, hence the 'B'-Word. Any resemblance to Showtime's The L Word is entirely down to... ah, who am I kidding?

Oh, I thought the 'B' stood for 'bitc*' for some reason lol.  Hm.  Didn't catch the title reference, but to be fair, I am unfamiliar with The L Word.
