Am I the only one who thinks that Jhonny Depp, fattened up a -wee- bit to make him look less slick, shaving the silly beard off then styling his hair would make a good Alistair? I mean, he certainly has the flair for that kind of character.

Either that, or he could proberly pull Zevran off pretty well.

You could CGI shale and keep the same voice actor.

I just watched Transporter 3 this past weekend (finally lol) and I noticed that Natalya Rudakova looks like CGI Leliana.She should play her if a live action DA movie was made.

All good ideas, mainly Charlize Teron as Morrigan. She's inevitably perfect for that character

 Whenever I see "who would cast threads" I always see people saying 'This one would be perfect!' just because they have the same hair and colour or look similiar to the character in a particular picture.

Actors can have hair cut and colours and wigs, lose/put on weight, contacts, wear makeup, get tanned etc.

The only thing that matters in terms of appearance is face and perhaps skin colour (a really dark skinned guy would have trouble playing someone pallid, for example).

It's personality and voice that is important.

He already knows how to play the terse/honour driven warrior type.  And he's pretty big and beefy.

It's typecasting the poor guy but hey, he's good at that kind of role.
