I found the Tempest gun during the Tali recruiting mission but it is not appearing in my inventory in the Weapons Locker.  I did pick up the gun during the mission as the screen came up telling me I did.  Every other gun I've picked up during a mission has always showed up in their appropriate category but this is not showing up under the Sub Machine Gun or any other gun category.

I'm going to ask the obvious here, but are you sure you saved after picking it up?



It's possible you could have picked it up, died and then loaded an earlier save from before you scanned the gun.
