So I was fiddling around in the toolset, making my self some custom items, when I stumbled upon an item property I hadn't seen before: Haste.  Does this basically give you the spell Haste?  It's not Rapid Aim, which is it's own property, it just says Haste. 

Since I haven't seen it before & it doesn't seem to have any in-toolset description, I'm not sure if its a "magnitude" type of attribute or what.  IE if I do haste=2 will it be more hastey than haste=1?  Does haste=0 do anything at all?

Anyone noticed this or tried using this before?
