UI
1. Hold/FreeMove toggle would be great for each character, rather than just the entire group.
2. Buffs/Debuffs appear near character portraits
Mechanics:
1. Would love to have some basic “formations” and/or ability to rotate a characters facing under movement.
2. "Hold" toggle should be released when character is within a minor attack distance of an attacking mob. (or another option such as "Take a Stand" could be used.
3. Character spacing and Mob spacing should be increased to provide easier button click access and more realistic weapon swing distance.
4. Moving through and/or pushing characters/mobs should be tweeked to either not be allowed or require a strength check. (i.e. a wall of warriors singing swords should not be a minor obstacle to movement)
5. I don’t think tactics slots should be earned, I think they should be available in mass from day 1, but just my opinion. It seems like a gameplay mechanic that has been nerfed.
6. Behavior/Tactic combo should be swapped on weapon loadout change. (i.e. my primary loadout is Sword and Shield so I can choose behavior:default/tactic:scrapper, when I change to secondary bow loadout it would be swapped for my choice of behavior:ranged/tactic:custom1 etc)
Story
7. Provide respec opportunities at a couple major plot intervals
8. Have story explain class Specialization method (i.e. how to gain knowledge of a specialization) in early game. Perhaps I missed this but now I am deep in and still haven’t found my desired specialization.
Love the game, but really love the idea we could make it even better!
