In truth, I ADORED the moment I got to punch him in the head. It's not just that he's a heartless jerk. It's that he's a heartless jerk who can't even stick to a mission and nearly gets everyone killed. His mission afforded Garrus a moment to contemplate a waterfall in peace, though. There's a plus, I guess.

I think Zaeed is a pretty cool guy, he gets shot in the face and doesn't afraid of anything

he is just temporary expense for mission. so he is waste. combat performance is not bad. but don't let him for leading anyone.
