For the longer Tali stuff, it's either from when Tali is in the tubes during the SM and you get her killed in there, or from when she gets grabbed by the Seeker swarms.  I'm almost certain it's the latter though.  Grunt's, well, grunts sound like he chopped up and stitched together stuff from the generic combat soundset as well as various bits from different SM deaths.
