But recently I have bought a copy of a second hand dragon age origins wooden box special edition.
The original owner has already made an account for this game, could I somehow transfer everything into this account?

Strict merging is impossible but EA support can transfer user entitlements between accounts. Usually it is between accounts owned by the same person but I don't see why it shouldn't be possible to transfer to an account you don't own.
