I tried to get support from the EA support area regarding a technical issue.
The auto email says "Expect a response within 24 hours".
And im just getting nothing.
the "
My Questions" states that my issue has been updated,but i havent gotten any email response.
Not even a reason for a delayed response.
I havent been rude or abusive at any point.
It would be great if i could hear back from bioware staff regarding this.
EA Refusing to support.

You'll likely get the same response as I've been getting. Nothing.
"Updated" means that it's been reviews and someone in the support staff has tagged it. They just didn't actually care to answer. Has happened to me too, over and over again.
