My personal opinion is that both Origins and Awakening are worth it. But there is no point of asking a question like this in a Bioware forum. You should be able to get more objective answers if you asked the same question in another forum.

My play throughs now number 13 complete and 4 (9 of which were completed in the first three months after launch) in progress of the base game, and for Awakening, I have 4 complete and 1 in progress.

Each play through for the base game takes me about 30 - 35 hours and includes completing all side quests.

Awakening takes me about 10-12 hours for each play through doing all side quests.

So for my money (approximately 100 dollars for DAO, Awakening, and various DLC combined) I've gotten about 500 hours of play time.

If my math is correct, that means I've gotten approximately five hours of play time for each dollar I spent on this game.

Please note, my play throughs are very fast, most people I've seen say they take between 40 and 80 hours per play through.  My first run through was much longer due to my waiting and listening to all of the dialogue instead of reading ahead and skipping cut scenes.

Replayability is definately there if you enjoy the game on your first run through.  There's six different origins, and each one is at least slightly different than the others in how the world reacts to you throughout the game.  Most problems have two or more ways of solving them.

For me, DAO was definitely well worth the money.  Awakening is too,  however while I enjoy the story and the new characters, I am kind of turned off due to the alteration they made in the dialogue system.  I prefer Origin's.

BioWare is good for making games with replayability.  I got sucked into ME and ME2 the same way, but I do keep coming back to DA.

It's definitely worth it, especially on the PC since you can benefit from mods (some are incredible, check out the Alley of Murders mod!) at first I thought DAO was lacking in replayability because of the inear nature of most quests but I've got to say that origins do matter and that the attention to details is great.

RTO is perhaps the worst DLC because it doesn't feature so many choices (unlike other DLCs and DAO quests) but if you intend to play through the game more than once it's worth it.

I've played through all origins and most of them change depending on your character so the replayability is definitely there.
