I got the AAP on the day it was released. I downloaded it fine and it's working.

However, I have noticed today that it is no longer in my registered game promotions. Why is it no longer showing up there? What happens when I need to re-download it?

This is now fixed. Please let me know if you are still having trouble seeing the Alternate Appearance Pack.
