I got the AAP on the day it was released. I downloaded it fine and it's working.

However, I have noticed today that it is no longer in my registered game promotions. Why is it no longer showing up there? What happens when I need to re-download it?

It's missing in my game promotions too and I am pretty sure it was there yesterday.I have no idea why this is so.

Hmmm, strange. There is also Pyrion who bought it today apparently and it doesn't even show up in his/hers either.

When I bought it, it was on my regeistered games promotion, but now I can't find it like you! Does someone else have this problem? BTW I'm still able to use the alternate appearance.

Well I just had a live chat on EAs support website with "Karl" and after repeating myself twice for every response I made he told me to contact BioWare using this link: www.bioware.com/bioware_info/contact/

Because as far as he could see it was available on my account. So I have done that, we'll see what happens.

Yeah it's installed and working fine for me too, I just want to find out why it's vanished and what happens if/when people need to download it again.

Geez so it isn't just me then. First an overly pricey costume DLC to begin with, now I cannot even download it. >_<

If I try to click buy now on the DLC again it automatically sends me to the entitlements page.So this means it is tied to my account and available.The link however is missing.I have an idea for those who have bought it but can't download it.Try this link:http://static.cdn.ea.com/bioware/u/f/eagames/bioware/masseffect2/ME2_DLC/ME2_AltAppearance1.exe.



I am pretty sure you can download it that way and since it is already tied to your account,be able to activate it in game.

Hmm,seems like the file was somehow removed from the server then,because I am pretty sure that is the file name and the link should work.

I have the same issue. Garrus is wandering around naked at the moment. Makes it very distracting when killing Collectors.
