I'd love to see a game under the Dragon Age IP go into the setting's future and play some serious "what-if".  It'd be almost as sweet as a sequel to Arcanum.

Just the ramifications of a more contemporary scientific approach to blood magic could make for some chilling detours in the evolved setting.  It could easily be a western/fantasy/steampunk/horror hybrid.  With enchantment!   Oh, and gnomes.

I know is a joke but I wouldn't want to see the future world, advancements such as muskets and rifles shouldn't be in Dragon Age, it should stay as a fake historical type of game set around the medieval times.
