for what ever reason i got all the way to the end beat uldrid then talked to the frist enchanter said lets leave this place i get back down stairs and im alone and it refuses to  allow me to complete the quest some were  along the line frist enchanter ran away and i cant go back in to tower becuase doors are locked

reload  previous saves didnt work on all of them
restart game didnt work
restart pc didnt work
no cheats or mod were used
any clues how to bypass this bug
or am i **** out of luck
