(Searched the site via google, because the standard search function didn't work. None of the responses had any sort of official answer, just other peoples experiences and no fix.)

First play through (I have other characters, none above level 3), I have the Templar and Champion specialisations. I got the one specialisation achievement, but not the elite achievement for the two specialisations. Will it unlock on a subsequent playthrough, or is the game now completely bugged and there is no way to get the achievement?
