I don't know why, but my companions, even level 22 (I think) have no skills and no talents. The talents/spells are simply greyed out with no points to spend. The skill screen on the other hand is just blank, and I cannot get skills to appear on them, even witht he console.

Yeah, you're an unlucky person because you're not the only one who had this bug, so far I don't know if there is a fix.

Have other people been able to get around it? Do I need to reinstall or something?

I've been lurking on the forums and apparently people using console commands have been having issues where the game is broken in someway. I believe a reinstall without the console is what has fixed it it for these people.

Uninstall all mods and then reimport your character and see if that resolves things. I think I remember something about this bug in particular being related to no-autolevel mods, but to be safe remove them all and then add them back in one at time to isolate the culprit.

It IS the no auto-level mod. I turned it off, reimported, and everything is fine.
