I have a bug when I start the Awakening game.
I saw that Darkspawn will appear in some places when in Vigil's Keep but they just don't appear
I tried to restart the Awakening but I had the same error.
They need to appear in some places inside Vigil's Keep and they just don't and when I reach Oghren (after I killed all darkspawn who was appeared) he just stay talking about "no time to talk, it's darkspawn killing time".
Another issue is that I can't take those Blood Lotus... I click on them like elfroots, etc and nothing happens...
I need to kill those darkspawn who don't appear to continue playing
Someone know about some fix for it?
Maybe Bioware could make a fix in patch 1.04 or 1.03a

If this happens on an imported character and on your first playthrough then you should go back to Origins and:



* Unequip all of the items that won't transfer, otherwise these will still affect your Warden.



* Uninstall 3rd party mods that aren't broken in Awakenings (like Innodil's Pocket Plane and Custom Tactics).



* Go into Awakenings and import your Warden.



If this happens after having played multiple times then that's a new bug for the list.

I'm having this same problem. I will try this solution myself and see what happens
I will update the thread with more information.

I have the same bug and have disabled everything and still have it. Other symptoms are the inability to do damage to barricades. I can pick the blood lotus though. using patch 1.04

same bug and all the mods are unstalled but the darkspawn are still not showing up

What a list of game breaking bugs Awakening has, yet still no patch from BioWare....

By me, it's the "illendol pocket plane" which cause it.
