I think that guy on the Citadel has the ultimate scam going. Tell all the aliens that this ramen thing is a delicacy back on earth, charge them 30 creds for it, when all it cost him was 1 cred. I mean, how's an Asari to know?

Considering the ridiculous amounts of salt dumped into the vast majority of ramen products, I would definitely call it a delicacy. That there's people out there stupid enough to eat it as a functional meal doesn't really dispute that; I'm sure there's folks who live off of chocolate, too.
