OK. I don't have internet at home and I downloaded the DLC on a friend's xbox. Used a prepaid point code I bought from Fry's. Got the "Corrupt Content" message when I got home and tried to play the game.
Yes, I know. I've read about this all over the net, and I get the whole thing about downloading to a different xbox. What I haven't found online is HOW DO I FIX THIS?
What I'm reading is that once it's downloaded for the first time, that's the console serial number that the DLC is attached to forever. My friend that I download from doesn't even have the game, so he's not going to be using the DLC. Is there some way to "undo" the download on his box so I can have it on mine.
I understand that whole piracy issue they're trying to prevent, but what I'm proposing doesn't circumvent that. I just want to be able to play the content that I have paid for. And, obviously, I'm not the only person with this problem since I've found posts about this all over the net.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first reply by Bhouse563, that's the only thing you can do.
Hope it helps.
Remember, next time bring your whole console to your friend, (not only the HDD, the licenses are tied to the machine), and everything will work out all right.
