I am going to be making some inferences about a few things regarding the Mass Effect community. If you would kindly answer the following survey to the best of your ability:
1.) Which class do you consider the most effective at swiftly completing an Insanity run?
2.) Which class is your favorite to play on an Insanity run?
3.) Of all the powers available, including class-specific powers, which do you consider the most useful* on an Insanity run?
4.) Of all the powers available, including class-specific powers, which is your favorite to use on an Insanity run?
*This could also be construed as least situational
NOTE: The survey is officially closed. I will be updating the OP with different results. But do not let this deter you from still answering the survey if you haven't already. It makes for good discussion and interesting contemplation.
Disclaimer: I can already see I am going to be attacked for assuming this is a representative sample. The distributions I posted are only for those who answered in the survey. They are not representative but just a visual of the survey results.
If I move on to inferences, then I will assume the sample proportions are representative of the Mass Effect Community (meaning those that frequent the forums) that plays on the Insanity setting.
I will do this simply to be able to do the inferences and not because I actually believe this.
None of this is intended to be accurate. It was simply for fun and it is still interesting to see.
Based on the fact that it is an internet survey, I should not do any of these distributions or inferences, but it's merely for fun and some people like looking at percentages.
