What?? You must know some weird girls.
This is my husband to a tee, minus the poetic, and I can assure you that he's the one I was looking for my whole life and didn't think existed. And I bet many other women would say the same. I mean, there's a reason that Alistair has so many fangirls. It is male players who seem to have more of a problem with his character. Personally I put that down to jealousy. LOL
Aw well, just wished it were true. Like I said, I love the guy. I see a lot of myself in him except that I started my devotion to women very very early and I licked my first lampost at 15. With a girl I loved very much. It's been some 30 years since then, I had my fair share of romance, for which I'm, grateful. I could only compose anything when I was in love, not necessarily with a person or together with that person when it was the case. And while my songs are not all about love, in the ones that are I try to say something about "good love" or inconditional love. It is a gift.
Maybe I'm just a bit bitter because it took some 20 years to the girl who inspired most of my songs to realize she loved me and by then she was already married with 2 kids, I had already travelled the world and fell in love a number of times but ended up stuck in a relationship with "Alex Forrester". If you don't know who that is, watch "Fatal Attraction"!
When I tried to finally live out my great love story, it almost became a tragedy and to preserve my muse's integrity I had to give it up. And being without real contact with a woman for many long years kinds put my passion to sleep. Better than being responsible for putting them to "sleep" though, if you know what I mean. But who knows what the future has stored for us. My "fatal attraction could have a fatal heart attack... <eg>
Pitty you girls here don't speak my language and thus can't understand my songs. They're all up on my website and on MySpace too. Just remember, never marry your manager, specially if she's jealous of your songs, your past and is a psychopat! =) (who can't understand a word of English and is a neanderthal with PCs and games and forums! Gladly!)
Oh, and my female Cousland chose Alistair over Zevran too, like OldMan's. But she's actually more interested in the throne and Zev would be a side play if it were possible!
