*sigh* And I feel the need to defend Alistair again. Silliness! It's just interesting how so many young guys think that Alistair was written as some sort of asexual prude. He has principals and sees sex as something special, but he's most definitely NOT uninterested.
This is one of those times where the "Alistair was blatantly written to pander to women" thing comes in...
And that's a bad thing?
I like it that there's a character in a game that's focused more for the female gamers and that such thought, time n effort went into making Alistair's story and making him the way he is. The team that put Alistair together did a really excellent job. Heck every companion in the game was done excellently, I may show more favoritism with Alistair because he's my favorite companion, then Zev but I am and always will be an Alistair fan lol.
What always cracks me up is all those young men who thinks Alistair isn't enough of a man. Look at the boards and see how many women thinks he is Prince Charming, then sit down and take notes, instead of complaining.
They still want Zevran to kick the door in and swoop them off their feet
Only some. At least as many really wouldn't. Like 'I'm calling the cops' wouldn't.

It's a little discouraging that so many guys think it's unmanly to want to be sure of your feelings before you bed a woman. I have to assume that many of the same guys are avoiding their answering machine messages, making frequent use of the 'it's not you, it's me' conversation, or just being dicks to get women to go away. Gotta say, while Alistair's way would be more initially intimidating to be on the receiving end of, it it would also get you a whole lot more points and respect in the long run. Sleeping with someone and then deciding if you should have gone there? That's pretty much total douche behavior.
