I'm coming from a disaster trying to enjoy the Awakening expansion pack to Dragon Age: Origins on the PC. So here I am ready to play ME2 on the Xbox 360 and I'm wondering...
On the Xbox 360 it looks like ME2 has a bunch of bugs. Is EA/BioWare getting them fixed. Are the patches working? Am I okay sticking to the main story and staying away from the DLCs or does it matter?

The bugs are nothing really game breaking. I've only run across them once or twice in my 5 playthroughs.

Any cautions on ME2's DLCs then? The reason I ask all of this is because EA/BioWare support for DA:O's recent Awakening expansion _does not exist_ and Awakening is full of bugs and problems with no acknowledgement or patches in sight. I am dubious about sinking 100+ hours into ME2 or its DLCs only to see this happen all over again. Thank you.

I have only come across only a couple of bugs so far, as I have continued playing the game after I had finished the main adventure!
As if you run out of Credits to Buy the Probes, there is no way at all to be able to get them from then on, as you can use your Minerals to Buy Fuel, but that doesn't help you at all with being able to Buy the Probes at all!
Would it hurt having a Feature, like the same for Buying Fuel with Minerals, if you happen to run out of Credits to be able to Buy Probes:
As with not being able to Buy the Probes, your game is basically finished, not being able to go on from then on!
Which you really need to have the chance to Buy the Probes, so you can fire at a few of the planets where you have detected an Anomaly's on!
As without being able to fire at lest 1 Probe each on the Planets with the Anomaly's on, you don't even get the chance to be able to then go down and land of those planets to do those few missions to hopefully be able to get Earn some Credits!
The other buy I have come across is if you miss out, or pass something in the downloaded updates, it effects you with some of the other missions, in not allowing you to do these are a couple of the N7 missions I am referring to!
Also I would of Loved to seen with the Latest Update (Lair of the Shadow Broker), as I buggered up the Loyalty Missions for Thane & Zaeed Massani!
To of been able to get the information needed so that your could try again in completing those to in my case, or if there was any information on any of the other crew members you recruit in trying to gain their Loyalty again!
