After you bought it, did you go back to the "Available Content" page and then download it? If you did, check the "Installed Content" page or the Downloading page to see the status. I know when I bought the other DLC, it took two tries on one for it to download completely.

I restarted the game and reconnected few times but "Available Content" is still offering me to buy it again. "Your registered game promotions" is don't showing Feastday Combo Pack.

Same as amarao. I cant see it, bioware points are gone, and it wants me to buy it again.
I tried looking on my "registered game promotions " page, my ingame page, nothing shows it, and I cant download it either

is there some way we can report this to bioware?

I'm in the same boat. Bought 500 points, and the it subtracted the 240, so I have 160 left with no feastday items in my game promotions menu here or in the game download menu.

Same here, tried everything, and checked over all the forums...posted my own thread before realising this one was here.
This is dodgy, and I really hope they fix it soon.

I have the same problem. I used their webpage to buy the points and the pack. It has subtracted my 240 points. Go into the game and check Downloadable Content and it is not available for download but wants me to buy it again using my points balance for another 240 points.

well hopefully this means that bioware will know and can fix it.

I have extact same problem. I used buy the combo pack from website and not from ingame and now it wants me to buy it again also. I should no better than to purchase it from website where they might mess up the link or credit us for Xbox instead of PC. I bet they are giving us credit on Xbox instead even though I purchased PC combo pack. What I don't like is bad support of purchases where you can't report problem or contact support just take our money.

Yep. Seems like if you buy the Feast Day Combo Pack from the website instead of via the in-game menu, then it takes your points (I.E. - your money....) and then you get nothing for it.
I've logged in/out several times on the website and in-game. My point balance and transaction history reflect the purchase, but "My Registered Game Promotions" here, and "Available Content" in-game show that I do not own this DLC. Incidentally, I also never got the confirmation Email for this purchase, but I did get it for the BioWare Points.
Personally, I'm thinking we might want to harass EA Support for this, since they handle the transactions according to the confirmation Emails.

Add me to the list too.
I bought 500pts, paid the 240 for the pack, but now all I have is 160 pts and the in-game dlc menu says I haven't purchased it yet...
My account history shows the Bioware points purchase I indeed made and the 240 pt payment I made for the DLC though.

Same problem here. I bought 400 BW points, bought the combo pack, but it's still showing up in my Available Content section in-game. How do I know I correctly purchased it? My balance is 160.

Are you all running DA:O with the 1.03 patch? I understand that the Feastday content cannot be installed unless that patch has been applied.
