Sorry that this has come up. We are already looking into this.

A few notes that will greatly help us narrow this down a lot quicker, and hopefully avoid further confusing the situation by throwing other issues into the mix that are not related:

- This is patch independent.
Purchasing points, redeeming for content and downloads will happen regardless of version. Where patch may come in is when you try to play the content.

- There are known issues with the in-game downloader on some systems.
We've already released a series of updates in 1.03 and continue updating it thanks to more feedback from folks still seeing issues.
If you had no issues purchasing the content, but are seeing downloading issues in-game (including stuck at x%, or just not showing up in the in-game dlc menu) then the social PC tech forum is full of workarounds for the most common of these issues - they are independent of this specific content however.

- This is a PC only issue
If you are not seeing content or are encountering any other issues on another platform please let us know, but in the appropriate forum so we can direct it to the right people quicker.

- This is an issue in purchasing the bundle content pack ONLY, and over the web ONLY
These last 2 are my assumption only - and what i'd really like to narrow down on.

Again, my apologies that this is impacting some of you - be assured that we'll get this resolved and you will not lose this content. Once the issue is addressed, it will appear in-game for you to download, as expected.

In the meantime, if you are affected by this - please do not also purchase the individual packs as a workaround, it will slow down the process of identifying folks affected by this.

Thanks for your patience.
F.

This is now fixed - you should be able to buy the bundle and get both packs appearing in the game for download as well as social. It may still take a while to propagate to all the servers however, but over the next hour or so this should be addressed for everyone.

We're now looking at getting this correctly applied to all existing customers - again, my apologies if you were affected by this.

Edit: Just wanted to really say thanks for bringing this up and helping to narrow the specifics down - it allowed us to zero in on the specific case and made the turnaround that much quicker.  Thanks again.

so, a hasty Bioware response to useless negligible fluff DLC and 25 days later still no official word or hotfix on the travesty of a patch that is 1.03 and Awakening. We bought the game and now the game is unplayable. Need I repeat myself and others?

Keep up the excellent work.

I understand and can empathise with your frustration.  We will talk more about patching/console updates soon - we're not going anywhere and DA is all we do.  We have no intention of leaving it as is.

However, please understand that while we do take everything seriously we can only move as fast as the scale of people/time/testing needed to resolve an issue and deploy it to the public dictates.  In this case, this was someting we could very quickly address with a handful of people while at home, test the fixes 'live', and know that will absolutely work for 100% of the audience - I only wish that were the case for the main titles across all platforms.

For now, I continue to ask that you post the issues in the appropriate forums in a way that will assist us in reproducing it - that remains the fastest way for us to ultimately get that down to individuals to resolve and on the next patch.

Quick recap/update:

The webstore fix (covered in my last post) is working as far as we can see. This addressed new players purchasing the combo over web not getting DLC. This was resolved as of my previous post - so if you still encounter any issues on this aspect, please let us know asap!

Resolving the second part of the issue - getting the DLC to folks who had previously purchased the combo before the web store fix was made - this is still on-going but tracking well. At the moment I believe the team is waiting on the nightly server report to cross-verify the full list of accounts affected. I believe we should have this sorted for those still affected during the day tomorrow.

Sorry again for the delay and my thanks for your patience while we address this.

I guess you early birds (or night owls) already found out - but the issue has now also been resolved for those who purchased before and did not get their DLC or social list of DLC updated.

Please log in to the game and these should now be there - and you should be able to see them on your social promos page as well: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

If you did not get this fixed - please PM me directly.

:( i stil dont have any DLC, but i have payd for them all, (cry)

First thing is to confirm it shows up on the list of DLC attached to your account here on social - social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

If it is there then you're good, its just a matter of getting it to your machine.  If you're not seeing any DLC in the Downloadable Content option off the main menu, including others besides Feastday - this sounds like it may be an updater issue (assuming you're on PC).  Check the PC forums here on social - they contain the most successful (and plenty) of workarounds for the most common issues players have found.  I would recommend trying the manual start of the updater and see if that helps.

Ok not working for me....I went to buy the 500 points, went through PayPal who sent me a confirmation email stating it went through but my points aren't refreshing. I can't even buy it because I don't have the points I already paid for....any help about this?

If you haven't already, please post on the Points.Bioware.Com forum in General.   Don't include personal info, but if you could also indicate which date this was on that may help narrow down the issue quicker.

Actually, I don't believe it's been fixed.  Yes, it downloaded..again..and worked for about 15 mins..again.  Then Bodahn went back to not showing me his merchant window.  Removed Feast day from my comp..again..and now it won't dowload..again.

Send me those details to see if we can narrow this down and figure out what's going on.
