Just a heads up, I'm waiting on feedback from EA Support and I'll post here if I get anything useful out of them. I don't know how helpful they'll be, but I guess that remains to be seen.

Whew, I was starting to think I had lost my mind... I'm having the same problem. I don't know about the patch. I have the Steam version, so I guess it should be up to date.

Had problems on that too. Bought my points on the website, made the transactions there but it doesn't show up on my "registered game promotions" page.



Hope judgevaliant gets an answer soon. I really wanted to get that stuff!

Same problem with me. Installed Patch 1.03 and purchased the Combo Feastday Pack.
Points were reduced (had 400 points left now only 160..ergo 240points paid for the pack) 
but no downloadable content showing..only shows me all three versions of the Feastday thingies are still buyable
The points account shows me my transaction was done today..so points away but noo download

Please... I hope there is a solution soon. *crossed fingers*

I bought it. It's showing up under 'my game promotions'. dl'd it yesturday...working fine for like 15 mins..then when I switched to a different character, suddenly bodahn wouldn't open his merchandise window. Thought maybe it was a bug with the dlc. Uninstalled the dlc, Bodahn would then talk to me again. And that's when I got in the same boat with the rest of you. It's showing up as dlc available to purchase, but even though it's also listed as being one of my game promotions, it won't start downloading. Points are still gone. I keep trying to tell myself that it wasn't that funny anyway, but that doesn't bring my points back.



Just another case of EAWare selling defective products that are unplayable. Seems to be a recurring theme lately.

Got the same thing going on here - paid $5 (plus tax) for 400 points, went to the DLC window in-game, only 160 points available and no Combo Package. Already fired off an email to customer support. We'll see how *that* goes, though I'm wondering if I shouldn't just call the bank and see if they can recall the debit card purchase.

Have been running with 1.03 and just finished a game last night and was planning to start a new game today, with the new content.

TBH, this is the first time I've had an issue with DLC - I've already got Stone Prisoner, Warden's Keep, and Return to Ostagar, as well as the Dragon Armor and the other free things offered here (The Edge, I think?).

Same problem here.... -240 Points for combo, and no DLC afterwords. Want to know what's wrong!

P.S. I guess this DLC is April Fool joke itself, you spend your points and get nothing! We've been pranked mates!
