A few notes that will greatly help us narrow this down a lot quicker, and hopefully avoid further confusing the situation by throwing other issues into the mix that are not related:
- This is patch independent.
Purchasing points, redeeming for content and downloads will happen regardless of version. Where patch may come in is when you try to play the content.
- There are known issues with the in-game downloader on some systems.
We've already released a series of updates in 1.03 and continue updating it thanks to more feedback from folks still seeing issues.
If you had no issues purchasing the content, but are seeing downloading issues in-game (including stuck at x%, or just not showing up in the in-game dlc menu) then the social PC tech forum is full of workarounds for the most common of these issues - they are independent of this specific content however.
- This is a PC only issue
If you are not seeing content or are encountering any other issues on another platform please let us know, but in the appropriate forum so we can direct it to the right people quicker.
- This is an issue in purchasing the bundle content pack ONLY, and over the web ONLY
These last 2 are my assumption only - and what i'd really like to narrow down on.
Again, my apologies that this is impacting some of you - be assured that we'll get this resolved and you will not lose this content. Once the issue is addressed, it will appear in-game for you to download, as expected.
In the meantime, if you are affected by this - please do not also purchase the individual packs as a workaround, it will slow down the process of identifying folks affected by this.
Thanks for your patience.
F.

I purchased the combo pack over the web as well and am having the same issue. This is extremely frustrating.

This is precisely the case that I have encountered, yes.
The purchase of the bundle is done via the web for the PC Version of the game, and the transaction appears to go through normally. However, after that we see no sign of the content actually becoming available.

We're now looking at getting this correctly applied to all existing customers - again, my apologies if you were affected by this.
Edit: Just wanted to really say thanks for bringing this up and helping to narrow the specifics down - it allowed us to zero in on the specific case and made the turnaround that much quicker. Thanks again.

so, a hasty Bioware response to useless negligible fluff DLC and 25 days later still no official word or hotfix on the travesty of a patch that is 1.03 and Awakening. We bought the game and now the game is unplayable. Need I repeat myself and others?
Keep up the excellent work.
I understand and can empathise with your frustration. We will talk more about patching/console updates soon - we're not going anywhere and DA is all we do. We have no intention of leaving it as is.
However, please understand that while we do take everything seriously we can only move as fast as the scale of people/time/testing needed to resolve an issue and deploy it to the public dictates. In this case, this was someting we could very quickly address with a handful of people while at home, test the fixes 'live', and know that will absolutely work for 100% of the audience - I only wish that were the case for the main titles across all platforms.
For now, I continue to ask that you post the issues in the appropriate forums in a way that will assist us in reproducing it - that remains the fastest way for us to ultimately get that down to individuals to resolve and on the next patch.

And a bit out of place but I have no issues with 1.03. A few more CTD than usual (actually, I used to have zero CTD). The real issue I have is with Warden's Keep, when enabled, changing the graphics of Awakening items. Which is really weird since WK is the ONLY DLC that does not carry over to AWK. (major DLC, not talking about promo) - win7 64-bit 8GB RAM Quad 9550.

I apologize for my terse and off topic comment, but I just felt a need to be heard. I know that your team is likely working as hard as they can to solve DA:O's and Awakening's issues. Though, it's tough to feel any other way when we're kept in the dark and kept away from our product. The annoyance that comes out is really just born of not being able to play what I imagine will be a superb follow-up to an initially fantastic game; so I suppose in a twisted sense it's somewhat of a compliment to Bioware's DA:O team. Your single post lifts a large worry of my (and others) shoulders and I hope to hear of any progress on a fix or patch for the game. Thank-you, sincerely.
